Suffering from anxiety leaves a person filled with worry and panic.

shutterstock_147523322Everyday tasks become overwhelming.  Anxiety inhibits an innate ability to think clearly, react appropriately and deal competently with everyday stressors and situations.  Physiologically, anxiety may include bodily reactions such as rapid breathing, irregular heartbeat, and stomach queasiness. Psychologically, anxiety is a subjective state of apprehension and uneasiness.

Treatment involves engaging awareness on all levels, physiologically, behaviorally, and psychologically.  Body-mind techniques such as EMDR and ETT offer direct tools to affect deep change on all three levels.  Anxiety disorders are treatable and relief from debilitating symptoms is achievable.
