Individual therapy is a form of mental health treatment based on a thorough assessment that informs me of what unique approach will work best for you as you seek counseling. We will then work one-on-one to explore and understand your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions in a safe and confidential environment.

What Areas Do You Specialize In?

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders through the use of EMDR™, a body/mind technique that transforms anxiety and depression. I also have extensive training that applies to the treatment of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. I specialize in addressing the stress component to physical illness and disorders through the use of Emotional Transformational Therapy (ETT™). I offer my therapy services to Austin, Texas.
