Are your sessions in-person or on Zoom?

Both! I’m happy to provide sessions in whichever format best fits your schedule.

How long are the sessions?

All sessions are 50-minutes.

What types of sessions do you offer?

I offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

Why therapy?

In therapy, you learn to identify specific maladaptive patterns that originate in how you and your spouse respond to stress within the marital dynamic. Together, you forge a deep awareness of your vulnerabilities and how you cover them up to cope. Learning to communicate in a mutually respectful stance is the first step. Next comes understanding of the vulnerable need underneath the fight. The ability to meet the need underneath is what is learned in therapy with the help of an experienced therapist.

Do you offer therapy to young children?

No. I offer therapy to teenagers and adults.

Do you take insurance?

Unfortunately, no, currently I do not. All sessions are self-paid; however, I’d be happy to provide you with an invoice should your insurance reimbursement some of your session cost under your Out-Of-Network plan.

In what languages are your sessions in?

I can provide sessions in English, Spanish, or French, upon request.
