Questions before reaching out
Is the introduction call really free?
Yes. The introductory phone call is free and is an opportunity to ask questions and explore whether you and Engracia are a good fit. It is separate from a paid therapy appointment.
What if I’m not sure what kind of therapy I need?
That’s a reasonable place to start. You can describe what you’re looking for—or simply say that you’re unsure—and ask about the available options.
Can I meet in person or on Zoom?
Both formats are offered. In-person sessions take place at 1011 Westlake Drive, Austin, TX 78746. Ask about Zoom sessions and whether they are suitable for your circumstances during your call.
Do you work with teenagers, couples, and families?
Yes. Engracia offers individual therapy for teenagers and adults, as well as couples, family, and group therapy. She does not offer therapy for young children.
Do you accept insurance, and what are the fees?
Sessions are self-pay; insurance is not accepted directly. Engracia can provide an invoice for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Check your benefits with your insurer and ask Engracia about current session fees on your introduction call.
How long are therapy sessions?
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Session frequency is discussed after the initial consultation and can be adjusted as needed. The free introduction call is a separate phone conversation.
Can I have sessions in Spanish or French?
Yes. Sessions can be provided in English, Spanish, or French upon request.
What happens after I send the form?
Your request is sent to Engracia so she can contact you to arrange an introductory phone call. Submitting the form requests a call; it does not automatically reserve an appointment.
