Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. Advanced clinical practitioner certification. Master in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. Previous work experience in the technology fields as a marketing professional.

Work experience as school counselor, work practicum at North Austin Medical Center, work as a therapist in the chemical dependency field conducting individual, family and group counseling, contract work leading body/mind psychoeducational groups for women with fertility challenges. Private practice for several years.
